Preservation of Flavor with the Sun

Our coordination is coming together with the producing women of Büğdüz Village in a sincere conversation to blend traditional experiences in the kitchen with science. In the event that will take place with the participation of Öğr. Gör. Dr. Damla BAYANA SÖNMEZ; preventing vitamin loss in winter preparations, practical solutions against mold, and scientific touches to ancestral methods will be discussed.
